HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a process control system designed to identify and prevent microbial and other hazards in food production. It includes steps designed to prevent problems before they occur and to correct deviations as soon as they are detected. Such preventive control system with documentation and verification are widely recognized by scientific authorities and international organizations as the most effective approach available for producing safe food.

TAFT (Agriculture and Food Traceability System (TAFT)
Traceability is a way of responding to potential risks that can arise in food and feed, to ensure that all food products are safe to eat. It is already widely recognized by many countries will be a mandatory implantation in these countries within the next few years (such as Japan , EU, Canada , Korea Taiwan etc.)
It is vital that when national authorities or food businesses identify a risk they can trace it back to its source in order to swiftly isolate the problem and prevent contaminated products from reaching consumers.
